When I don’t write books, I read them

As I’m not writing anything at the moment, I have more time to read. I have challenged myself to read 20 books this year and I guess I will reach my goal easily.

The best fiction book I have read so far in 2018 is The Fourth Monkey by J.D. Barker. I really liked The Chalk Man by C.J. Tudor as well, but I should have read it in English as the Slovene translation was not perfect.

I have also read some non-fiction books to improve my self-publishing and marketing skills before I publish my first book on Amazon. Guerrila Publishing by Derek Murphy and Let’s get Digital by David Gaughran impressed me the most.

As I will have to return to writing at some point in the near future, I will probably read less. But 50+ books in the waiting line are getting grumpy as they need some love and attention. I will read you all, my precious. I promise.
